This role is perfect for someone wanting more than “just clients.” Someone who enjoys mentoring, contributing ideas, helping shape culture, and potentially stepping into future leadership opportunities as our clinic continues to grow.

Located in the heart of Whakatane, Idyll Skin & Beauty is a nurturing skin, beauty and wellness space where clients come to feel cared for.

We blend advanced skin treatments with beauty rituals and relaxation experiences, creating personalised journeys that help our clients look and feel their very best. From skin transformations and advanced treatments through to beauty maintenance and moments of self care, our focus is always heartfelt care, confidence and connection.

As our Senior Therapist you will:

Deliver exceptional skin and beauty treatments with confidence and care
Conduct consultations and create personalised treatment plans and recommendations
Guide clients through their journey with education, support and follow up care
Help mentor and support our apprentices & emerging therapists
Contribute ideas, initiatives and leadership within the clinic
Support high standards across client care, treatment delivery and daily operations
Take ownership of creating unforgettable client experiences

We’re looking for someone who:

Holds a NZ recognised Beauty Therapy qualification
Has 3+ years industry experience
Passionate about the beauty industry and ongoing learning and growth
Loves helping clients look and feel their very best
Naturally leads by example and enjoys supporting others
Brings warmth, professionalism and initiative
