Qualified Carpenter - Queenstown

We are seeking a Qualified Builder to join our residential building construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction and a commitment to safety and quality.

• Foundation work, including excavation and pouring concrete.
• Framing structural elements and installing roofs.
• Exterior finishing such as cladding and windows.
• Interior work, including Gib, Hanging doors, and Finishing Lines
• Timber Flooring installation and finishing.
• Installing cabinetry, fixtures, and appliances.

• Certificate in Carpentry Level 4 or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience as a qualified builder.
• LBP is a bonus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
• Range of tools.
• Knowledge of the building code.
• Vast understanding of other trades.
• Good communication skills.
