Car Painter

We are currently seeking an experienced Car Painter to join our team on a permantant full-time basis. The successfull candiate will take ownership of the complete spray- painting process, from preparation to final finish, ensuring all work meets international quality standards.
Proficient in electrostatic spray gun systems to automotive/aircraft standards skilled in curing and drying using hot tunnel/bake cycle processes.
Strong paint preparation skills, including adhesion testing.
Ability to apply coating to exact thickness requirements with precision
Capable of inspecting and identifying paint defects
Clear, confident person with can-do attitude.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Dedicated to delivering top-quality results within deadlines.
This role includes responsibility with health and safety protocols.
