At Te Aute College, our hostel is more than a place to sleep — it is a whare that shapes identity, character, and future leaders. As a Hostel Supervisor, you will walk alongside our rangatahi, providing guidance, care, and consistency within a kaupapa grounded in tikanga Maori and strong values.

You will uphold mana, foster belonging, and help create an environment where young men feel safe, challenged, and supported to grow. Your presence will matter — in quiet moments, in daily routines, and in the example you set.
