About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Plant Operator to join our civil construction team. The successful candidate will operate heavy machinery and mobile plant equipment on civil works projects, including roads, drainage, subdivisions, and infrastructure developments.
Key Responsibilities- Safe and efficient operation of mobile plant equipment (excavators, loaders, rollers, graders, etc.)
- Carrying out earthworks, trenching, compaction, and general civil construction tasks
- Conducting daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance on equipment
- Working closely with supervisors, engineers, and other crew members to meet project deadlines
- Maintaining strict compliance with WHS (Work Health & Safety) standards and site procedures
- Clean Full Drivers Licence
- Proven experience operating mobile plant in civil construction
- Current WTR Endorsement
- Strong understanding of civil construction processes and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret site plans and drawings
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work as part of a team
