This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll oversee the daily operations of a dedicated transport team within a busy freight forwarding environment. You'll lead from the front, ensuring seamless coordination of FCL, LCL, and air freight movements while supporting your team to deliver exceptional service to customers and carriers alike.

You'll need proven expertise in freight forwarding transport operations, ideally with experience using Cargowise. You're someone who can hit the ground running, combining technical knowledge with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve daily goals.

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to support, guide, and develop team members
• Excellent planning, time management, and collaboration skills in a fast-changing environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy when processing invoices and managing supplier relationships
• Strong written and spoken communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders
