- Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3 or 4 PM
Trade Assist is looking for a Superstar Administrator to help out the Hastings team during the Heinz Wattie's season.

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday | 7.00am to 3.00/4.00pm
The Position!- Greet and welcome candidates as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen incoming phone calls
- Timesheets - General data entry of manual timesheets and managing our online timesheet portal
- Liaising between our team and the on-site Wattie's administrators & payroll team
- Other general administration tasks - Creating & sending reports, creating purchase orders, scanning documents etc
- Phone screening candidates
- Have a passion for people - Have the ability to speak to anyone & everyone!
- Be able to work in a busy and high-pressure environment
- Be able to multi-task, prioritize and have a strong attention to detail
- Experience in a reception or administrative role
- Full Training and a great opportunity to upskill
