We're looking for a driven and dynamic **Finance Recruitment Consultant** to join our **Petone office** and help shape the future of recruitment in the finance sector.

**About the Role**

This full-time position (40 hours per week) focuses on recruiting **permanent finance professionals**, from transactional roles to senior finance leaders. You'll manage both client relationships and candidate engagement, helping organisations find the right talent while supporting individuals in advancing their careers.

Whether you're an experienced recruiter or new to the industry, we offer comprehensive training, support, and resources to set you up for success.

You bring a consultative approach to recruitment, coupled with the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in a competitive, performance-driven setting.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A **Bachelor Degree in Business, Design and Innovation**
  • **Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin** (required), enabling you to effectively engage with and support our diverse client base in the finance sector
  • A **proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales KPIs or performance targets** in recruitment, sales, account management, or a related field
  • Strong **business development skills**, with the ability to grow and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Exceptional **communication and interpersonal skills**, with a customer-first attitude
  • The ability to **manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines**, while maintaining attention to detail
  • A proactive and resilient mindset-you're solutions-focused, self-motivated, and not afraid to pick up the phone or go the extra mile
  • A genuine interest in the finance industry and in helping people succeed in their careers
  • 6 months in the recruitment industry especially with client relationship management & sales and cold calling
