This position oversees operational performance, people leadership, workforce planning, resource management, quality improvement and financial accountability for one of New Zealands busiest and most specialised perioperative services.You will lead daily operations for Level 4 Cardiac and ORL theatres, support service-wide planning, and ensure systems and processes are in place to deliver high-quality outcomes for our patients and community.The role is integral to managing theatre utilisation, performance metrics, risk management and supporting continuous improvement across the service.You will be joining a high-performing, collaborative leadership team committed to excellenceFor further details, please refer to the position description here.About youYou are an experienced clinical and operational leader with a strong understanding of perioperative services, excellent people leadership capability, and a commitment to equity.
