Depot Manager - Bay of Plenty (Te Puke Area)Start Date: October 2025

OneStaff Tauranga is proudly recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and hands-on Depot Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent role based in the Te Puke area, with a focus on keeping equipment in top condition, managing stock and materials, and ensuring on-site teams have everything they need to run efficiently and safely.

Our client is a respected operator in their field, known for high standards, teamwork, and a strong focus on continuous improvement.

• As Depot Manager, you'll be responsible for:
• Coordinating servicing and repairs for vehicles and machinery
• Carrying out basic repairs and ensuring all equipment is site-ready
• Organising the delivery of materials and equipment to job sites on time
• Managing stock levels, inwards/outwards goods, and tool maintenance
• Maintaining the depot to lean manufacturing standards
• Supporting orchard development work when required

• You'll be organised, practical, and confident managing a busy depot environment. To succeed, you'll need:
• A forklift licence (essential)
• A minimum Class 1 driver's licence
• Solid organisational and prioritisation skills
• Confidence with Excel and digital management systems
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the go

• Class 2 licence
• Experience with orchard or similar equipment (skidsteer, hydralada, post rammer)
• Good verbal English skills
