About the Role
In this multi-skilled position, you will: Deliver exceptional guest service at reception, over the phone, and throughout the hotel
Efficiently and professionally check guests in and outManage front office cashiering, payments, and basic reporting
Support Food & Beverage operations during peak periods
Assist with conference room set-ups and catering delivery
Respond confidently to guest enquiries, requests, and feedback
Promote hotel services, including upgrades, breakfast, parking, and dining options
Collaborate closely with housekeeping, reservations, and operations teams to ensure smooth daily operations
This role requires flexibility, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
About You
You will bring: Previous experience in a hotel environment (Front Office experience preferred)
A strong customer-service mindset with a positive, can-do attitudeExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written
The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
High standards of personal presentation and professionalism
A team-oriented and flexible approach to work
Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
First Aid certification (desirable, but not essential)
