The ideal candidate will work closely with our Bakery Manager to streamline operations, implement efficient processes, and elevate the overall performance of our bakery. You will be responsible for supervising daily activities, assisting in inventory management, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Additionally, the Bakery Assistant Manager will be vital in fostering a positive and enjoyable work environment, encouraging teamwork and communication among staff members.
