Retail Supervisor

A well-established and respected company in the food industry, known for delivering high-quality products and maintaining the highest standards in safety and efficiency. They are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Retail Supervisor to join their team and oversee day-to-day retail operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent service
- Manage staff rostering to ensure proper shift coverage and efficiency
- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure food safety standards
- Drive sales performance and assist in achieving store targets
Days & Hours
Typically Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work depending on client needs. Work hours may range between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM.
Qualifications- 1–2 years of retail supervisory or similar operational experience
- Solid grocery/food product knowledge
- Strong skills in inventory control, rostering, and team leadership
- Passion for customer service and achieving business goals
- Tech-savvy with strong communication and interpersonal skills
