La Cloche is a well-established, busy French Cafes and Patisserie with care for quality and great customer service. Opened 19 years ago on Hutt Road and now expanded with three other locations in Wellington CBD.
We are looking for a Cafe Manager to lead and develop our wonderful team. This is a full-time position, 35+ hours a week over 5 days with two days off together. $30 per hour
Core Responsibilities include:- Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ordering and management of stock/stock takes/COGS
- Staff training and development, maintain high moral within your team
- Revenue generation
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Enforcement of high health and safety/food safety standards
- Upkeep of POS and promotion execution
- Lcq and/or Managers Certificate is helpful but not required.
- Previous Barista experience.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a busy cafe/restaurant
- Knowledge of rostering and ordering/managing stock
- Positive, friendly and outgoing personality
- Experience delivering exceptional customer service
We are also looking for an Assistant Cafe Manager to support at one of our new locations. This will be full-time and permanant. $27 per hour
Core Responsibilities include:- Running the cafe when the manager is not present
- Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ordering and management of stock/stock takes/COGS
- Revenue generation
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Enforcement of high health and safety/food safety standards
- Previous Barista experience would be helpful but not required.
- Minimum of 1 years experience in a busy cafe/restaurant
- Knowledge of rostering and ordering/managing stock
- Positive, friendly and outgoing personality
- Experience delivering exceptional customer service
