Wage: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Hours of work: At least30 hours per week，this is a full-time and permanent role. The hours of work will be arranged from Monday to Sunday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. You are required to work flexible hours.
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Vehicle Trimmer to join our team. You will be responsible for refurbishing and fitting the interiors of vehicles that will be rented to tourists or travel agents. Your work will help ensure our fleet is comfortable, durable, and visually appealing — giving every customer a great first impression.
Requirements- Experience as a Vehicle Trimmer, Upholsterer, or Automotive Interior Technician.
- Good practical skills with cutting, sewing, and fitting upholstery materials.
- Attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality, neat finishes.
- Reliable and organized, able to manage multiple jobs.
- Understanding of vehicle interiors, materials, and safe work practices.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspecting vehicle interiors to assess damage, wear, or outdated fittings, and determining appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
- Removing, measuring, cutting, and sewing materials such as fabric, vinyl, and foam to repair or replace seats, panels, carpets, and roof linings.
- Installing new upholstery, door panels, carpets, and interior fittings to meet company standards for tourist rental vehicles.
- Repairing and restoring seats, padding, and coverings to ensure comfort, cleanliness, and durability.
- Applying protective coatings or coverings suitable for high-use rental environments.
- Custom-fitting interiors to enhance passenger comfort and appearance while maintaining functionality.
- Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and vehicle refurbishment guidelines.
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
- Recording materials used, time taken, and work completed for each vehicle.
- Collaborating with mechanics, painters, and fleet supervisors to ensure vehicles are fully refurbished and ready for service.
