At Kamo Home and Village Charitable Trust, we are dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming, and compassionate home where dignity, respect, and kindness are at the centre of everything we do.We are pleased to offer a range of permanent Care Staff positions based at Shalom Aged Care, following a roster restructure aimed at increasing care hours and enhancing the quality of care for our residents. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team and make a meaningful difference every day.
Positions Available: Job 1 – Morning Shifts
- 5 x 5-hour shifts per week
- 7:00am – 12:30pm
- Tuesday to Saturday
- 50 hours per fortnight
Job 2 – Afternoon Shifts
- 4 x 5-hour shifts per week
- 4:00pm – 9:30pm
- Rotating roster:
o Week 1 & 3: Tuesday to Friday
o Week 2 & 4: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
- 40 hours per fortnight
Job 3 – Fortnight Rotation
- 7 shifts per fortnight
- Rotating roster:
o Week 1 & 3: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
o Week 2 & 4: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- 43.75 hours per fortnight
Job 4 – Mixed Shifts
- 9 shifts per fortnight
- Rotating roster:
o Week 1 & 3: Tuesday to Thursday: 2:45pm – 11:15pm
Friday: 2:45pm – 9:30pmo Week 2 & 4: Tuesday to Saturday: 6:45am – 1:30pm

About the Role
As a Health Care Assistant at Shalom Aged Care, you will:- Provide compassionate care and support to residents
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Follow care plans professionally and accurately
- Help maintain a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment
