About The Role
Max People are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader for our client based on Port Hills Road, Hillsborough. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the front, maintaining high standards, and building a strong, reliable team culture.
You'll oversee daily warehouse operations, support staff to meet targets, and ensure accuracy across all inwards, outwards, and inventory functions. This opportunity also offers a genuine pathway to progress into a Site Manager role over time.
Wages $28-$30 per hour depending on experience.Location Hillsborough, Christchurch.

- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
