Albatross Motel is a 33-room motel that works mainly with corporate customers. As a receptionist at Albatross Motel, you will be an integral part of our team and play a key role in ensuring the satisfaction of our valued guests. Parts of your job will also include some cleaning as needed.

Job Overview:

Your main goal will be to ensure that every guest has a memorable and comfortable stay at our hotel.

Key Responsibilities for manager:

• Computer and social media acknowledge
• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Check-in guests, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately
• Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages and handle all inquiries promptly and efficiently
• Provide information about the hotel’s facilities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor and respond to emails and online reservations
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a smooth stay
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of all transactions
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area and lobby
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
• Cleaning reception, office to keep tidy
• Assist housekeeper for cleaning motel rooms
• Changing beds and replenishing towels etc.
• Laundry
