The Door to Opportunity:
We're actively seeking two driven consultants with a preference for experience in construction recruitment - whether it's within the trades, construction services, management, or any other sector you've mastered. If your forte lies in identifying opportunities and thinking outside the box whilst holding a strong sense of accountability, you could be the puzzle piece we've been seeking.You'll have great verbal and written communication skills, coupled with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong (enough) admin skills - IYKYK!
We seek individuals who boast a proven history of business development, coupled with adept management of portfolios. If you're fuelled by the satisfaction of aiding others while also reaping commissions, then we're the company that could take you to the next level.
To thrive in this role, you'll also need to:
- Possess a full or restricted driver's license.
- Boast a minimum of 3 years' experience in temporary contract and/or permanent recruitment.
- Display a reasonable grasp of New Zealand immigration and work visas.
- Provide references that verify your solid track record.

A typical week will encompass approximately 40 to 45 hours, spanning Monday through Friday - although we're open to discussing part-time or flexible arrangements. We acknowledge that life's rhythm doesn't always fit with a traditional schedule.
