Residential Carpenter – Central Christchurch

We’re looking for a skilled and qualified residential carpenter to join a reputable team working across a variety of new builds and refurbishments in central Christchurch.

Pay rate: $32–35 per hour

What you’ll be doing:

• Residential carpentry work across various sites in central Christchurch
• New build construction from foundation to fit-off stages
• Installing frames, trusses, cladding, doors, windows, and finishing work
• Reading and working from plans and drawings
• Renovation and refurbishment projects including structural and cosmetic upgrades
• Working independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site safety

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• NZ Qualification in Carpentry (Level 4 or equivalent)
• Your own tools and reliable transport
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
• Availability for an immediate start
