Light Metal Labourer

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Labourer to join us. You’ll be helping out with light metal jobs in the workshop and on-site, getting stuck into real projects.
This is an awesome entry-level role for someone who’s practical, motivated, and looking to build a metalwork career. The right person can expect a clear pathway into fabrication and, if you are keen, welding. We’ll help you work your way up to becoming a skilled fabricator, starting with the basics.
What you’ll be doing:- Prepping and finishing aluminium and stainless, including sanding, polishing, drilling etc
- Assisting with installations, including deliveries, installation and helping out on building sites
- General labouring, helping the team achieve greatness
- A current driver’s licence. (manual is a bonus)
- A ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to learn
- Solid work ethic - show up on time, get stuck in
- Some basic practical skills and tool knowledge
- Steady work with a variety of jobs
- On-the-job training with potential for welding/fabrication skills
- Apprenticeship opportunities for the right person
