Dairyland Foods is a growing NZ dairy manufacturer opening a new factory shop. We’re looking for a reliable, organised and customer-focused team member to join us in a varied role combining administration, reception and retail sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Front desk reception – welcoming visitors & managing calls
- Processing orders, invoices & general admin support
- Booking transport and coordinating dispatch
- Managing internal systems and data entry
- Serving customers in our factory shop
- Handling payments, merchandising & stock control
- Administration and/or receptionist experience
- Retail or customer service background
- Strong organisational and computer skills
- Professional, confident communicator able to multitask
