Full Time Building Inspector Required
Are you a fully qualified Builder or Building Inspector looking for a change in your career? We currently have a full time position available in Wellington.
The Role:As a Full Time Building Inspector, you will be completing a variety of different inspections which includes all aspects of structural soundness, workmanship and the overall condition of the property.
Reports are completed within 24hrs from when the inspection takes place.
Reporting has been made easier by using a software system that reduces the time writing reports, giving you more time for the things you enjoy.
Some reports that are covered are, Pre Purchase, Pre Sale, Maintenance, just to name a few.

Pay: Starting from $80,000 per year, with higher rates available depending on experience and qualifications.
