Pay: $30-$35p/hr (experience Dependent)

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and install decks, fences, retaining walls, concrete structures, and softscape elements.
• Interpret and work from architectural and landscape construction drawings.
• Coordinate and manage material deliveries and receipts for each project site.
• Maintain a strong attention to detail to ensure all hardscape work meets or exceeds company quality standards.
• Conduct routine quality inspections and address issues promptly and professionally.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in hard landscaping or outdoor construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction/architectural plans.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving on site.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Full driver’s license and WTR preferred.
