• What You'll Be Doing * Answering calls and emails with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
• Turning customer challenges into positive outcomes
• Accurately entering and managing customer orders
• Working closely with our sales team to keep customers happy
• Coordinating with drivers to keep deliveries running smoothly
• Teaming up with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure stock and logistics flow seamlessly
