You'll be providing exceptional beauty and massage treatments, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the positive atmosphere at Mollieres. We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a NCEA Level 4 Beauty and Massage Qualification or equivalent.
- Demonstrates proven experience in delivering a wide range of high-quality beauty and massage treatments.
- Possesses advanced skills (e.g., eyelash extension, skin-needling) or a strong willingness to learn and develop new techniques.
- Maintains a commitment to providing exceptional treatment outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Exhibits a solid understanding of cosmeceutical products and their effective application.
- Is passionate about building and nurturing a loyal and growing client base.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive client interactions.
- Is reliable, punctual, and maintains a consistently warm and friendly demeanour.
- Upholds the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring all treatment areas and equipment meet all applicable Health & Hygiene regulations.
- Actively contributes to the daily upkeep and overall presentation of the salon, creating a welcoming and professional environment for clients.
