About the Role
This is a multi skilled role working in various departments within our Medicine Service. The successful applicant must have methodical work practices and a high level of accuracy to produce a high standard of work. The team of casual administrators provide administrative support for Medicine Services for short notice leave and planned holidays.
About the Team/Service/ Location
There are 7 areas within Medicine Services, Lakes Rotorua. 3 Inpatient Units, Chemotherapy Department, District Nursing Department , Cancer Services and Physician Secretary team.

About you
As a casual clerical administrator you will need the following- Reception experience not essential but helpful
- Ability to communicate well
- Computer Literate
- Data Entry skills
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Audio typing preferable but not essential
