We're excited to invite applications for a permanent part-time Associate Clinical Nurse Manager (ACNM) position within our well-established team in the Emergency Department at Tauranga Hospital. As a key member of our ACNM team, you will play an essential role in shaping the future of emergency nursing.
This leadership position involves supporting, coaching, and inspiring our ED nursing team, while contributing to the daily operational management of the department. This role will involve managing ED acute flow as part of the Acute Patient Flow programme.
This will become part of the rotational duties shared with the other ACNMs in the department.You will work closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager to advance organisational goals, uphold high standards of care, and ensure the department runs smoothly and efficiently.
