Clinical Nurse Manager - Aged Care | Bay of Islands**

We are working with a well-respected aged care provider in the stunning Bay of Islands region to find an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager to lead their clinical team.

Situated just outside Paihia in Haruru, this facility offers a supportive environment and a strong commitment to high-quality resident care.

About the Role

As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinical team, ensure the delivery of exceptional care, and support continuous staff development. You'll play a key role in upholding the standards of care and compliance aligned with the Health & Disability Sector Standards.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading and mentoring clinical staff to deliver best-practice care
  • Providing comprehensive orientation and training for new employees
  • Managing clinical documentation, risk reporting, and audits
  • Supporting optimal staffing levels through efficient roster planning
  • Maintaining strong resident and family engagement
  • Ensuring compliance with sector regulations and internal procedures

About You:

  • Current APC and NZ registration
  • 3+ years' experience in aged care (preferred)
  • Proven experience in clinical leadership or hospital-level care
  • Skilled in staff management, administration, and clinical oversight
  • Empathetic, clear communicator with a resident-first approach
