Come and check out Dylan and the team in Pauanui - it's a great community and beautiful place to live and you'll be working in a small but busy workshop with a reputation for quality work.- We are after an experienced mechanic We do automotive and trailer WOF inspections, service and repair work, trailers and small engines, tyres, batteries. Also marine work.
- Are you experienced? - like actual legit proper experience in a workshop, working independently, diagnosing problems, identifying, ordering and fitting parts, completing job cards and managing customers? (NOT just working on your mate's car in the weekend). We can help you if you want to complete WOF inspectors ticket but this is NOT a trainee or apprenticeship position, because we need someone who can hit the ground running.
- Are you good with the details and able to pull your weight?
- Qualifications? - not essential but - better pay for e.g Certificate in Light Automotive Engineering Level 4 / WOF inspector, solid work history,
- Weekends off
- Are you in New Zealand and ABLE TO WORK? - we CANNOT employ you if you need sponsorship or are on an AEWV- if this is you please DO NOT APPLY. Unfortunately we are not an accredited employer, so won't be able to proceed with your application.
