Roadside tractor mower operators wanted
We are looking for a reliable and experienced tractor mower operator to join our team. ??
This position involves working along high-speed roads, so safety awareness and focus are essential. You must be comfortable operating in high-traffic areas and around loud equipment for extended periods. The ideal candidate is a team player who can work closely with a pilot driver to ensure smooth operations.Communication and coordination are key, as is the ability to always follow safety protocols.

What you’ll do…
Operate tractor mowers and other machinery along roadsides and highways. Safety is critical, and you must follow all health and safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public. You will be expected to work closely with a pilot driver in high-speed traffic and stay alert in all weather conditions.You must be confident, reliable, and focused.
Being a team player is essential. No two days are the same! Alongside moving, you’ll take on a variety of other tasks, you’ll support your crew as needed, whether it's mowing, weed spraying, labouring, or keeping the site clean and safe. Flexibility and a strong work ethic are a must.
What you’ll bring:- A current full drivers’ licence with the ability to operate a manual vehicle
- Reliable transport to and from work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to follow instructions and complete tasks safely
- A positive attitude, reliability, a strong work ethic and physically fit.
- Bonus if you have Reach-arm mower experience
