**About the Role**
As the Store Manager, you will have full ownership of a smaller-format, front-facing store. This is a unique opportunity to run a standalone site with complete autonomy over its daily operations, team performance, and customer experience. You'll lead a small team, drive sales outcomes, manage stock and merchandising, and ensure the store operates smoothly from open to close.With direct access to senior leadership, your insights and results will play a key part in growing our presence in the region.
