We are on the lookout for an administrator superstar to take over the day to day running of our Tapanui based office.
Some of the main responsibilities include:- Xero – Account reconciliation, accounts payable & receivable and invoicing
- Assisting with quotes
- Payroll
- Management and invoicing for onsite fuel tanks
- Vehicle licensing
- Liaising with company accountant
As well as many more administrative tasks you will be required to plan, cook and sometimes deliver meals during silage season for up to 10 staff.
This is a fulltime position and on job training will be given to the successful applicant.
