Sales Rep - Brand Ambassador – Rude Coffee
Rude Coffee is looking for bold, outgoing students to join our crew as Coffee Hype People (aka Brand Ambassadors) for supermarket tastings, expos and music festivals.
Your mission: hand out free tasters, banter with customers and convince them that life is too short for sh*t coffee.
You’ll be the face of RUDE – bringing energy, cheek and charm to every shift.Forget stacking shelves or folding t-shirts… this is a role where your personality is the product.
What you’ll be doing:Setting up and running Rude Coffee tasting stations in supermarkets, as well as work expos and music festivals with the team.
Handing out free tasters and chatting with customers
Sharing the Rude story (fair trade, organic, nootropic coffee that removes the crash & jitters)
Encouraging shoppers to grab a box on the spot (sales bonuses for every sale)
Keeping your stand looking sharp, tidy, and inviting
Representing the brand by being Real, Unapologetic, Diverse and Ethical
What we’re looking for: Confidence to talk to anyone (bonus points if you can make them laugh)
Outgoing energy – this isn’t a sit-behind-the-counter kind of roleReliable, punctual, and able to represent the brand well
A love of coffee (or at least the ability to fake it while sipping free samples)
Promo or sales experience is a plus, but not required – attitude is everything
Reliable access to a car and valid driving license
What you’ll get: $25/hr + $2 sales bonus on every box you sell (average of $40/hr after commission)
