As a Delivery Driver, you will operate a company vehicle to deliver goods to the clients within the Manawatu-Whanganui region.
Key Responsibilities include:- Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes.
- Follow routes and schedule to deliver the products on time to the right place.
- Operate a delivery vehicle to deliver the products. Also, inspect it from time to time.
- Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
- Preparation and checking of logs and reports to ensure order delivery
- Deliver orders in a timely manner.
- Safely operate a vehicle in all types of weather conditions
- Navigate local streets and highways efficiently using GPS.
- Carry out additional duties as reasonably directed to ensure smooth operations.
between $25 to $30 per hour.
Other important requirements:
- Clean driving record with a valid driver's license.
- Availability to work on weekends.
- Pre-employment drug testing is required.
- Strong time management skills.
- Physically fit and capable of handling the job’s physical demands, including heavy lifting.
- Self-motivated and a passionate individual.
