What You’ll Be Doing:- Servicing and repairing our fleet of agricultural, earthmoving, and heavy transport equipment
- Diagnosing faults and troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
- Conducting preventative maintenance to keep breakdowns to a minimum
- Working closely with operators and our workshop team to ensure machinery is running efficiently during peak seasons
- Welding and fabrication (a bonus but not essential)
- Trade qualification or solid experience as a diesel mechanic
- Experience with agricultural machinery, heavy transport, or earthmoving gear
- A practical, problem-solving attitude – we want someone who gets the job done
- Ability to work independently but also as part of a tight-knit team
- Class 2, 4, or 5 licences (or willing to get them) a bonus
