• Processing invoices, purchase orders, and payments accurately and on time
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
• Supporting month-end and year-end processes
• Assisting with payroll and expense processing
• Communicating with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
• Providing general admin support across the business
• Manage Administratively H&S Systems and Training
• Manage ordering and distribution of PPE
• Assist with IT user maintenance

• Previous experience in accounts or finance administration
• Strong Excel skills and confidence with systems (Xero experience a bonus)
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Well organised with the ability to manage your own workload
• A team player who can also work independently
• Relevant qualification (nice to have, not essential)
