Pay Rate: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities, schedules, resources, and information
- Act as a point of contact for clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Monitor and report on project progress, budgets, and timelines
- Support the Project Manager with procurement, subcontractor liaison, and compliance tasks
- Ensure that all work aligns with health and safety standards and building regulations
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Level 6 or above Qualification in Construction or Civil Engineering
- least 2 years of relevant full-time work experience may be accepted in place of a formal qualification
- Punctuality, reliability, and a positive can-do attitude.
- Must pass pre-employment medical and drug tests.
- No prior convictions.
