About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the Auckland team and take the lead on complex, high-risk infrastructure projects that make a genuine difference to local communities.

You'll oversee full project lifecycles — from strategy and planning through to delivery and completion — ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

This is a client-facing role with significant autonomy and responsibility. You'll work alongside project directors and sector leaders, manage multidisciplinary teams, and help shape the success of large-scale infrastructure projects across New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of major infrastructure projects
  • Manage planning, design, procurement, construction and commissioning
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure alignment with commercial and technical objectives
  • Oversee risk, quality, and contract management throughout all project stages
  • Contribute to business growth through mentoring, proposal input, and relationship management

About You

You'll bring a strong mix of technical knowledge, leadership, and delivery experience. Ideally you have:

  • 8+ years' experience in project management within the construction or engineering sectors
  • A proven background in client-side delivery of infrastructure projects for public and private clients
  • Experience across the full project lifecycle, including design management, procurement, and contract administration
  • Excellent stakeholder and team leadership skills
  • A reputation for integrity, collaboration, and getting results
Whats on Offer
  • Inclusive culture built on respect, collaboration, and integrity
  • Hybrid working flexibility to support your lifestyle
  • Career growth across project management, advisory, and related disciplines
  • Award-winning learning and development opportunities
  • Supportive benefits including professional memberships, community leave, and wellbeing initiatives
  • Modern systems and digital tools to help you focus on delivering great outcomes.

If you're ready to take the next step in your career and lead projects that shape New Zealand's future infrastructure, we'd love to hear from you.
