We're looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator to manage all aspects of material storage, packaging, and dispatch. This is a hands-on role where you'll take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. You'll have the opportunity to own this space, implement improvements, and support lean practices to enhance workflow and productivity.
What You'll Do- Manage storage, packaging, and shipping of materials and finished goods
- Maintain a tidy, organised, and safe warehouse environment
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
- Prepare and package products for dispatch accurately and on time
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments to meet deadlines
- Support lean initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- The warehouse is clean, safe, and well-organised
- Materials and products are packed and shipped accurately and on time
- Continuous improvements are implemented to streamline operations
- Current forklift license (essential)
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics coordination
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of lean principles in a warehouse setting (advantageous)
- Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership
