This role is 37.5 hours per week from August to end of May and includes one weekend day of work.Working alongside our Property Lead, Cook and our hosts, you will have proven experience as a Cafe Manager or in a similar leadership role and will be confident in leading the team, training, POS systems, health & safety food regulations & requirements, coffee making, food preparation, stock management, and food ordering and handling.

We will provide training specific to our business, but previous experience is essential.We are a close-knit team and we need someone who can be a leader extraordinaire as well as a love for hospitality, an amazing attitude and a customer-first philosophy!

You'll need to be energetic, flexible, and have good attention to detail.
