We are looking for a perfect Salon Star to work at our North Shore based Salon, and grow it to new heights. You can grow in this role immensely, and work within the most exciting Industry as a Hairstylist.

About the role:

Consulting with clients to understand their hair care needs and styling preferences

Providing hair services, including haircuts, coloring, conditioning, bleaching, and styling

Advising clients on suitable hairstyles and haircuts based on their face shape, hair type, and lifestyle

Staying updated with the latest hair trends and styling methods

Applying hair care products, like serum, conditioner, and treatments

Properly utilizing hair tools like irons, dryers, and curlers

Performing scalp treatments and deep conditioning services

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, in compliance with health and safety standards

Managing bookings, billing, and product inventory

Participating in educational opportunities to upgrade their skills and knowledge

Duration : Full time permanent.

We are looking for candidates with the following attributes:

Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, late nights and public holidays as per the Salon timings on Monday to Sunday

Minimum 2 years experience

Positive attitude, Building Rapport with Staff and Customers, and ability to thrive under pressure

Excellent communication skills and Handling customer professionally

Great presentation and Personal Hygiene, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
