We are seeking an experiencedNight Shift Team Leadto join a fast-paced cold storage facility in Auckland. This is a fantastictemp-to-perm opportunityfor a confident leader who thrives in a chilled environment and knows how to keep operations running smoothly.

Shift:Monday to Friday,3:30pm - 2:00am

• Lead and support a night shift warehouse team
• Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch operations
• Operate a reach forklift safely and efficiently
• Ensure productivity, accuracy, and health & safety standards are met
• Assist with inventory control and stock management
• Act as the key point of contact during the shift

• Proven cold store / temperature-controlled warehouse experience (essential)
• Valid reach forklift licence with solid operating experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a team
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
