**About the Role**
As the Service Foreman, you'll take charge of daily workshop operations, overseeing high-quality servicing and repairs across industry-leading Hino, Mack, and Volvo trucks. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for job allocation, team leadership, maintaining workflow efficiency and ensuring efficient, top-tier service delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities include**- Lead and support a team of diesel technicians and apprentices
- Allocate jobs and manage daily workshop scheduling
- Ensure repair and maintenance work is completed to manufacturer standards
- Provide technical guidance and hands-on assistance as needed
- Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards at all times
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Trade qualification in automotive diesel or heavy vehicles
- Proven experience in a leadership or senior technician role
- Strong knowledge of heavy commercial trucks and diagnostics
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to lead by example in a busy, team-driven environment
