We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team at Improve Air.
We deliver high-quality mechanical services across commercial projects, maintenance contracts, and reactive work throughout Auckland.

This hands-on, client-facing role covers a variety of sites. You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding HVAC systems while representing our business on site.
You will be trusted to work independently, manage your own jobs, and deliver a high standard of workmanship every time.What You’ll Be Doing
- Planned preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
- Fault-finding and repairs across a range of equipment
- System checks, testing, and performance optimisation
- Clear, professional communication with clients on site
- Completing service reports and job documentation
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of jobs
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
- Full NZ driver's licence
- Trade Qualified, EST and Gas Handling
