This is a Casual Position on "as and when" required basis upon business needs.

Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:

• Operate the bar including setup, service, and close-down procedures.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly and professionally.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and hygiene, including public areas and equipment.
• Manage stock levels, assist with ordering, and conduct regular stocktakes.
• Deliver warm, friendly customer service and handle cash transactions accurately.

He korero mou / About you:

• Holds a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
• Experience in a similar bar or hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Physically fit, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexible, customer-focused, and able to work under pressure.
