Production Worker

We're looking for reliable Production Workers to join an early-morning AM shift for a short-term assignment in Napier. This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on work, learns quickly, and thrives in a supportive factory environment. You'll be assisting across the production floor, helping keep the line running efficiently during the busy morning shift.*

• Production Worker - AM Shift 4:30am - 3pm

• Supporting the production line
• Assisting with general factory and production tasks
• Following food-safe and health & safety procedures
• Working in a fast-paced team environment to meet daily targets

• A positive and committed attitude
• Confidence working in a factory or production environment
• Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
• Reliability and good time management for early starts

• Monday to Thursday shifts - enjoy Fridays off
• Fixed hours: 4:30am-3:00pm
• Approx. 6-week temporary assignment
• On-the-job training provided
• Access to a staff cafeteria with hot food available
