We , Kawakawa sushi Limited in Kerikeri are looking for experienced Cook for our busy business environment.
This is a full-time, permanent position (part-time can also be considered upon request by a successful applicant) with guaranteed weekly working hours of 30 hours, Monday to Sunday. We will be offering a competitive hourly rate, calculated based on your experiences and skills.
Cook should have previous relevant experience within a similarly fast paced food industry of the highest quality for at least 3 years ( including trainee experience).
To be successful in this role, you will need to:- Have in depth knowledge in a variety of Asian food and beverage culture.
- Know ingredients for Asian food preparation.
- Keep up with the latest trends and assist CHEFS in developing new/seasonal menus.
