About the Role
An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established civil construction company in Selwyn, Canterbury. Now under new ownership and in an exciting growth phase, this business is looking for someone who wants to step up, take charge of projects, and be part of their next chapter.
You’ll lead projects from tender through to completion, driving delivery, quality, and performance while building strong client relationships along the way.
Skills & ExperienceWe’re looking for someone who brings:
- Solid experience in civil construction project management (ideally roading or siteworks).
- A relevant Civil Engineering degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong knowledge of NZS3910 and contract administration.
- Confidence managing budgets, programmes, claims, and QA.
- Proven leadership ability with a practical, hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with crews, subcontractors, and clients.
- Salary package up to $140,000
