Experienced Quantity Surveyors

We are seeking highly experienced Quantity Surveyors to join a major construction project set to shape the future of Dunedin. This long-term project (2 to 5 years in duration) involves complex infrastructure and large-scale commercial development, requiring professionals who can hit the ground running and deliver high-calibre results from day one.

• Manage all aspects of cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration.
• Prepare and evaluate tender documentation and procurement strategies.
• Monitor project expenditures and provide detailed cost reporting.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure financial and contractual compliance.
• Support the project team in achieving delivery milestones while maintaining financial control.

• Minimum 7 years' experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Proven track record on large-scale construction projects (commercial, infrastructure or mixed-use).
• Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• Familiarity with New Zealand construction legislation and standards.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
